Financial management services are provided by SETECH (Service
Enhancement Technologies), an independent division of Keenan
& Associates. SETECH is comprised of a group of experienced
personnel, which include Certified Public Accountants (CPA),
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU), Associates
in Risk Management (ARM), and accountants with over 20 years
of expertise in financial accounting and reporting for the
insurance activities of public entities.

monitor each program year as well as the overall financial
